Terms of Use
Last updated: October 21, 2026 · Version 1.0
PlentyLeft connects surplus food from organizations with nonprofits that can use it. By creating an account or using the PlentyLeft mobile app or website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
PlentyLeft has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post, upload, or share content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, threatening, or otherwise abusive. You may not use the service to harass other users or organizations.
2. User-generated content
Listings, photos, notes, organization names, and similar materials are user-generated. You are responsible for the accuracy and safety of food information you post. Do not post food that is unsafe to eat.
3. Reporting and blocking
The app provides tools to report content and block users (which blocks their organization from your feeds). Blocking immediately hides that organization’s listings and matches from your view.
4. Moderation within 24 hours
When we receive a report, we review it and take appropriate action within 24 hours, which may include removing content and suspending or ejecting the offending account.
5. Account suspension
We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms. Banned users cannot log in or use the service.
